EXCELLENT Based on 46 reviews Patrick2025-07-21Verified Jeanette’s place is a wonderful stay. She is a friendly, gracious host, full of knowledge about the area. She always communicated quickly and clearly. We experienced the pefect mix of engagement and privacy. The home itself is beautiful, with lovely wood floors and copper accents. It is so well insulated that we were always confortable, and the A/C works great. The views of the prairie from the deck are spectacular. It’s such a peaceful home. We can’t wait to return. Jamie2025-05-26Verified My wife and I loved Jeannette's cabin. My wife loved it so much that she wants to build the same style on some property we have in the mountains. It's in an amazing location that is in the country away from all distractions of the city. Amazing view of the stars at night, deer out your window, pheasants calling and not far from local grocery stores, restaurant's and outdoor activities. If you want a country get away this is the place for you, you won't be disappointed. Jeannette is super helpful, sweet, and an awesome person to talk to. If you love the country and outdoors, you are minutes from salmon and steelhead fishing, hunting units in all directions and a great place to stop if you are headed into Montana. Marcus2025-04-23Verified Great place! Jessica2025-04-04Verified Jeanette’s place was definitely one of my favorite AirBnB’s I’ve ever stayed in! This amazing space is everything a traveler in the Kooskia area is looking for!Amazing rolling green valley views nestled amongst the mountains. Remote enough you feel the sense of privacy but closer enough to a few people an amenities that you’re not isolated. The space has multiple sleeping options. An amazing bathroom with a laundry unit! A kitchen you’ll want to take home with you… and CHICKENS!!!Jeanette was the friendliest host and has the most interesting stories if you take the time to have morning tea with her 🫶 Korey2025-03-09Verified This was a great getaway with a more rural setting. Beautiful scenery out the back window. From here we easily accessed Highway 12 to do some hiking. It is about a 10 minute drive back into town. In the middle of winter I could see you wanting an AWD or 4WD vehicle to access the property. The home itself was a unique building that we enjoyed. Be aware, that as described, there is not an actual bed in this house or a TV. We were also easily able to cook with the cook wear provided.Overall this was an awesome stay! Tenaya2025-02-08Verified We traveled during inclement weather, Jeanette was more than ready to accommodate!! She communicated well, prepared a plan and provided everything we needed for when the power went out. It made the experience easy to handle and we chose to stay even with the hiccups. Rebecca2025-01-30Verified First of all, Jeannette is very fun to talk to. She had lots of suggestions and knowledge about the area. The place is very pretty. I really like the colors and style. It's homey and rustic with everything you need. It all seems brand new. The view in gorgeous. It's quiet and peaceful. She designed the building, and it shows a very good understanding of what you want in an airbnb. I would live there. I highly recommend Jeannette and her place in beautiful Idaho. Byron2024-12-27Verified Jeannette was an absolutely amazing host, she was very responsive, we ran extremely late for check in and still felt extremely welcomed when we arrived!!!We had an amazing stay, everything was just as seen in the photos, the beds we're extremely comfortable, and the price was very reasonable!!!Really added to our cross country road trip, would love to stay here again if we ever pass by!!! Jamie2024-12-01Verified Great place to stay! Jeannette was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The cabin met all of our needs. I would highly recommend her place to travelers. Manny2024-10-26Verified I had an excellent stay at Jeannette’s place. The cabin was a perfect getaway in a beautiful location, and I felt right at home as soon as I walked in.
